In accordance with the legislation of the Czech Republic (Act of the Czech Republic No. 326/1999 Coll. “On the Residence of Foreign Nationals in the Territory of the Czech Republic”), there are three types of permits for the stay of foreign citizens in the territory of the Czech Republic - short-term, long-term and permanent residence.

Short-term residence.

A foreigner has the right to stay in the territory of the Czech Republic for a short term during the period provided by the visa. Short-term residence is permitted for a maximum period of up to 90 days.

Long-term residence.

The overwhelming majority (99%) of foreigners live in the country on the basis of a long-term residence permit (residence permit) provided by a visa for more than 90 days.

The basis for obtaining it is private business, i.e. registration of a legal entity. Family members of a foreign entrepreneur can also obtain such a permit. The permit issue process takes about three months, and it is issued for one year with annual renewal.

Having obtained such a permit, you can stay in the territory of the Czech Republic, a country with a favourable investment climate, for practically as long as you wish, carrying out business activities, buying cars, real estate and other property, including under leasing for a period from three to twenty years, and travelling, when necessary, to the countries of the European Community.

Permanent residence.

A permanent residence permit is issued in exceptional cases: after 5 years of continuous residence in the territory of the Czech Republic on the basis of a residence permit (visa for residence for more than 90 days), in the event of marriage of a foreign citizen to a Czech citizen (and in other cases of family reunification), in the case of repatriation of Czech citizenship and if it meets the state interests of the Czech Republic.

Offshore Express LLC will assist you in preparing the necessary documents for obtaining a residence permit in the Czech Republic. There is no need to travel to the Czech Republic; it is sufficient to provide a power of attorney to one of our lawyers.

It should be borne in mind that in this business the shortest route is rarely the best. We are aware of cases where foreign citizens were refused visas because of incorrectly prepared documents or were provided with falsified documents.

There are plenty of intermediaries in the Czech Republic who have no right to provide legal services and who try to offer the above services by deception.

Ordering services through Offshore Express LLC will be much cheaper and more reliable for you!
