Your company details will include an address and active telephone numbers to which business correspondence, voice messages and e-mail will be received. A qualified secretary will forward incoming calls or correspondence to the address you specify without any interference or characteristic switchboard signals, prepare a competent and accurate reply to a request or demand after receiving your instructions, and prepare a report on the dates and nature of messages received in your name.

A virtual office includes a prestigious postal address, telephone and fax numbers — everything that is available in a real office with a secretary. Unlike a real office, however, the cost of a virtual office is significantly lower.

Postal address Business and personal correspondence may be received at the postal address. Correspondence must contain recipient details matching the Client’s details. Postal correspondence includes postal messages and notices as well as envelopes and international courier parcels weighing no more than 0.5 kg (additional charge €35/kg). Received correspondence, at the client’s request, will be forwarded to any address specified by the client or stored at the office of Offshore Express LLC.

Personal telephone number with answering machineIncoming calls will be forwarded to an answering machine which, on behalf of the Client, will ask the caller to leave a message. The Client can always listen to received messages using the access code to the network’s automated operator.

Personal telephone number with call forwardingIncoming calls will be forwarded to any telephone/fax number in any country of the world chosen by you. Forwarding will take place seamlessly. The caller will not know that the call is being forwarded. For your partners, acquaintances and clients, you will appear to be in the country they are calling.

Personal fax number with messages forwarded to email Fax messages received at the number will be forwarded to an e-mail address in any country chosen by the Client or stored at the Offshore Express LLC office.

Room for business meetings and conferences (minimum 4-hour rental)For important meetings and conferences, you can rent a first-class office in your chosen country for the number of hours you need. Equipment for presentations in any audiovisual format may also be provided: LCD projector; widescreen plasma monitor; DVD/VCR player; PAL/SECAM video recorder; CD-R and CD-RW drive. In addition, you can order: interpreter or executive secretary services; drinks and light snacks; necessary stationery or business accessories; limousine or minibus for airport meetings; personal security. Dedicated digital telephone lines are available for receiving fax correspondence or holding videoconferences.
